Return Policy

Hello Jolie Riders!

Bought something from Jolie Ride that doesn't make your heart sing or fit just right? No worries! Our return policy is as breezy as a downhill ride on a sunny day.

Time Frame:
You've got a whole 30 days from when your goodies arrive to decide if you're truly in love. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all Jolie Ride tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or washed.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Please contact our customer service team at info@jolieride.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Apply the provided return label.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your return package using the transporter assigned.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, please follow the return process for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for your desired item, using code for free shipping. This ensures the fastest turnaround time for receiving your new item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@jolieride.com so we can rectify the issue promptly.

Sale Items:
Please note, all “final sale” items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective.
